Our Story
A legacy of craftsmanship, Â passed down for three generations.

From a Modest Woodshop to a National Contractor
Castoro Contract is built on a legacy of craftsmanship that began long before the company itself existed. The story starts in the countryside of São Paulo, Brazil, where a modest family of woodworking men started to write their story in the early 1930s.
What began as general carpentry serving local residential projects became a tradition passed from father to son for three generations.
Legacy since 1930
Mastering the Craft
Growing up in a modest woodshop in São Paulo, Brazil, Jon Reis began apprenticing alongside his father, Adiel, at just twelve years old. There, he learned that true craftsmanship comes from dedication, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

When life brought Jon to the United States, he carried this family legacy with him. In 2020, he founded a woodworking company built on the same principles that had guided generations before him. As the business grew, so did its vision. What began as a custom woodworking shop evolved into Castoro Millwork, and today has become Castoro Contract—a name that reflects our expanded capabilities while remaining firmly rooted in our heritage.

Today, Castoro Contract proudly serves clients throughout the United States, delivering custom architectural millwork, nationwide installations, retail rollouts, and remodeling services. Although our capabilities have grown, our philosophy has never changed. We continue to approach every project with the same craftsmanship, attention to detail, and personalized service that have defined our family tradition.

Our Three Pillars

Though we have grown into commercial construction and nationwide rollouts, our heart remains the same: genuine craftsmanship.
Detail

Legacy
Woodworking has never been just a job — it’s the craft we grew up loving, and the legacy we are committed to continue.
